The Baltimore Ravens almost completed one of the NFL's most dramatic comebacks on Sunday.

With more than a minute left in the game, Baltimore pulled back a goal and had a chance to win in Cleveland. But according to veteran NFL referee Terry McCauley, it is illegal for the Ravens to do so.

"This is the rule of playing the team formation," Macaulay explained. "Before the ball is kicked, 4 Baltimore players are illegal. At the bottom, the sideline players 2, 3, and 5. From the top, the second player from the sideline."

The revival of the Ravens is a huge change in the momentum of the divisional game. However, Baltimore could not use it.

Taylor Huntley and the offense could not be converted in the fourth and sixth. The Browns’ star corner, Denzel Ward, tackled the Ravens’ catcher, Rasho De Bateman, far away from the mark to secure a much-needed victory.

Baltimore's lead in the North of the AFC was reduced by the loss. With Lamar Jackson injured, the Ravens may find themselves in trouble in four games with an 8-5 score.

Sliding off the sledge will be difficult. The Ravens ended with the Packers, Bengals, Rams and Steelers. All these people are either leading their department (Green Bay) or in the playoffs (everyone else).
